3. Data for the provision of services: information about massage bookings (type of massage, preferred date and time, any notes regarding the treatment), data related to stays in partner hotels;

3. Purposes and legal basis of processing
1. Provision of services
• Purpose: handling massage bookings, ensuring communication with clients, issuing tax documents.
• Legal basis: performance of a contract (booking and provision of massage services) and compliance with a legal obligation (the Accounting Act).
2. Marketing and sending commercial communications
• Purpose: offering similar services, special promotions or news by e-mail.
• Legal basis: the Company’s legitimate interest (for existing clients) or consent (for other recipients).
• You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the e-mail or by sending a request to our contact e-mail address.
3. Ensuring security and improving the Website
• Purpose: protection against misuse, detection of technical issues, optimisation of the website’s functionality.

• IT and hosting service providers: so that we can operate our Website and booking systems securely.
• Partner hotels: only if the booking is linked to a stay in one of our 20+ partner hotels (in such case, we share the necessary data for organising massage services).

Except in the cases stated above, we do not disclose personal data to any other third parties.
